While standing on the bumper and sticking your right index finger in the hole, just push on the crank with your left foot. If don't find #1 in the first stroke, merely pull the crank up with the top of your foot, push it in again, and try once more. A lot like shifting a Husqvarna while standing up.
But I wouldn't recommend 'kick starting' you Dodge. It can be done, but if your boot heel catches on the crank during a kick back you will be walking funny for a week. Without even spending time in prison.
