OT ID help needed for a mystery part

Guys,

I found this part sitting in one of my boxes, I have no idea what it came off of, but I am guessing it is a late 50s early 60s car horn button. Someone else said they thought it was a center cap for a rim, but it looks more like a horn button to me.

The underside can be seen at the link below.

If anyone can give me even an idea of what make it is for that would be a great help.
