first thanx for all the input ,i am out of my element on the trailer stuff so all the suggestions have been quite helpfull> i check at the motor vehicle office yesterday and its a grey area about the licence to operate, but its by the weight>9000 kilogram combined truck trailer and load weight requires a A licence >so i can register it light and no licence required>the last part in the trailer selection was a "over deck" (over the wheels ) verses a lower one that has "fenders" (car carrier looking thing)and number of axles 2 or three and tire size
