running the juice through it will produce a very toxic mix . The stuff is so toxic that all new stainless has changed it's alloy to remove this little tiny toxic component . We now know that some things in the parts per trillion can adversely affect your health . What is released when the electricity is run through the stainless is one of these very toxic elements.
Once I did some research and found out the consequences I did not use stainless again . Using stainless to remove rust with this process is irresponsible . The danger is well known .
Of course you could poison yourself , your family , your neighbours and a million or so fish and never know that it had happened.
At some point someone will have their home or shop closed down and declared a hazardous waste site for doing electric rust removal using stainless.
A nice piece of cold rolled works fine .
