Maybe I missed something, but with all due respect, it seems kind of silly to me. I don't remember any big flame war. What if we all did this -- ask everybody (Once a month? Once a year?) if they want us to stay or go? Kind of seems like something a girlfriend would do when she was wanting to be assured that she was loved.
