I don't know about the most interesting, but the most satisfying happened about 12 years ago. I was mowing and out of no where it felt like someone slapped me in the eye. Bumble bee/eye bunger nailed me. Looked back and saw they had a nest in the ground where I just mowed. Backed the mower over their hole and watched for 10 minutes as it kept spitting them out of the deck. Amazing how many were in there. I sting back ;)
