My wc-54 has a 230 flathead six with the standard 4-speed, it may sound silly, but I was wondering if anyone who has experience with these flatheads could tell me about how many mpg's these get, I know that they are anything but efficient, but my ambulance sucks gas like there is no tomorrow, and I would like to know if it is normal or if there is something that needs fixing.
