I find it hard to believe that they thread direction didn't match what was stamped on the heads of the studs. I've certainly seen where somebody's put the wrong stud on (sometimes just one on a drum that has all the others right), or where somebody somehow managed to force a nut to screw onto the wrong direction of stud, but I don't see how they could be made wrong in the factory. If you need any left-handed Budd inner nut/studs for dualies I have a bunch of NOS ones.
