10 in clutch vs 11 in clutch

Is there a advantage to the bigger clutch? Will the pedal be harder to depress with the 11 in clutch. I suspect yes. With a crash box is it better to use a 10 in set up? I have both 10 and 11 in flywheels. I will need a new clutch and pressure either way.
