Its just the hand tools that are guaranteed.
I told them i cant use the jack without my hands, but it did'nt work.
I also tried to return a broken ratchet about a year ago and the guy reached under the counter and gave me a dirty rebuilt one.
I had to raise a little heck to get a new one off the shelf.
I'm done with sears. No more Craftsman!
