I'll bet the Chinese wheels were cheaper, not that you had a choice, but too many people choose cheap over quality.
Wal-Mart seems to know this. My bitch is when a company, such as the Kong dog toys (to use a recent example) has some products made in China and priced as the good quality stuff. The company made a larger profit, but had a "too bad" attitude when I complained that the China toy self destructed
in no time. ( I have a PUPPY, not a Pit Bull!!) Paul is right about being forced to buy cheap junk; just give us a choice and a chance to support better quality! Rant Over, BB
