Thanks Tom. I have posted there also awhile ago and got the draft tube from Spanky Hardy, but he didn't have a cap. I just figured this bunch in all their travels might have seen an old COE around the country somewhere.
I just hope Mac doesn't get too upset with me at spending too much time on the COE, and not enough on the PW.
