At Haledon Auto parts in Haledon, NJ, 3 clerks plus the machinist who cut my F-350 front discs said I was overcharged.

$68.00 to cut two discs.
I called on the price after friends said I paid tooo much.

Should have been $36.00. Told this by two clerks over the phone and another in person while the other two clerks were standing there.

Went in for a refund. One clerk got pissy and said I have to talk to the owner who is not in. Come back in any hour.

I asked several time for him to call the owner. He finally called and relayed the info over the phone to the owner in a most slanted, unprofessional manner. NO refund!!

At Exxon getting gas. Came out to $10.50.
Attendant asks me if I have .50. I don't.

I said yo are supposed to have change.

He gets upset and asks why I don't fill it up to the dollar.

It is a 3.2 gallon Harley tank.

He finally got the .50.

This is 2008 customer service at a multi-billion dollar business. Felt like smacking him back to the country he came from. The INS isn't going to do it.
