'74 Pwoer Wagon Engine swamp

I own a 1974 Power Wagaon with a 440 and rescently bought a 1972 Power Wagon with a 318. I'd like to swap the engines between the trucks to get the 440 in the truck with the more solid body. Is there going to be a lot of problems with the cross memeber and motor mounts or will this be pretty straight forward?
