NP435 question

I have a 65 D300 with a NP435D2 transmissionin and a Chelsea model A2ARW1C pto unit. I was wondering if the pto will fit on a NP435 thats in a 1980 furd. I know, why would I do such a stupid thing? The furd belongs to someone else, I'm just trying to sell a pto. Thanks.
