I went inside the tranny last year everything looked good, and by the time I had taken the back housing off the shift rails were free. So I replaced all the shift interlock shuttle thingy's and reassembled the tranny. every thing shifted smooth as I was putting the tranny in, I checked several times. On the test drive it locked in 5th again. It seems that the 5th gear rail isn't comming all the way back to allow the other rails to unlock, but I can't see any reason for it
