So, this is all about fuel vapors, so they worry about how many molecules of gas might seep right through the metal or plastic walls of the can, but but they didn't notice that the caps don't seal at all? I'm surprised these new CARB cans aren't resulting in a lot of cars blowing up when somebody opens the door on a hot day and lights a cigarette. Or maybe they are and we just don't hear about it.
