It will be a new front clip and bed on the 209 1500 RAM. Based on what I saw at the Chicago Auto Show, the 2009 RAM was designed and built to allow them to change the front fenders and not impact the vehicles structural integrity, and thus save a lot of crash testing.
I'd suspect you could probably remove the front fenders and not affect the truck at all, thus opening up the after-market for some wild custom fenders for the RAM, can any one say Flat Fenders?
