wheels on an m-37 dualie?

I recently saw an "original" (ie:not hacked up) M-37 with dual rear wheels. the rear fenders were apparently original. If this exists, what is it and what type of wheels are they? My "M" is feeling kinda "inadequate" (wheel envy). thanks. Cliff in SD
