M37 Transmission

looking for information on M37 transmissions.
Have 54 dodge M37 with old trans and PTO
I want to upgrade to the new process from a M37Bl
I understand they are interchangeable but parts
are not. My question -- will the PTO interchange
or do I need to replace it with a newer PTO?

current price for a the newer trans and PTO?
