Thats cool! I have been wanting to send in for my 47 as well. I have written in pencil in my owners manual the date my truck was bought by the owner and how many miles it had on it. The date was in March of 47 and the truck has 3-47 wheels on it. The miles on it is whats puzzling in such a short time. Your card showing the date built and dealer would solve a few questions on my truck.
