I will probably go with a 200 gallon tank, that's about 1670lbs bringing the GVW to about 6370lbs. I only use it on my own property to haul water from the river to fill stock tanks and fire tanks. I'm mostly worried about bearings and brakes. If I end up on a public road I'll make sure it's no more that half full.
