Well, here in Ohio, Staging on green concrete isn't a good thing. How long do you wait till putting heavy equipment on it? Plus, if the posts and roof are in place you don't have to worry about rain while pouring. Personally, the "challenge" of finishing around posts that can be reached from the outside was never a big deal. While the concrete is curing we put the sidewalls on and finish up the little things. I guess we're just backward by Califorian standards. Someday we'll see the light but from what I've seen how california does most things I hope we never do. Kevin
