Well, When they showed the Paris to Dakar races on Tv, I believe that this vehicle class had te fastest times... Faster then the buggies, dirt bikes and cars.
They basically run with the skinny pedal on the floor and don't stop for anything. The only thing they stop for is breakage. When they do break, they are usually done for.
They also have paddle shifters on the steering column and fancy stuff like that.
