IMHO the '56 S series 4x4. s are not really that rare. I have seen a number of them around. probably as many powerwagons total. Now a S series travelall... that's pretty rare.
The really rare IHC trucks are the factory 4x4 trucks from '55, even '54. Those are the R series, and I've only ever seen 3 of them. 1 in person, and 2 in pictures. Usally equiped with 1.5 ton axles w/6.16:1 gears and 17" or 20" wheels, a 269 OHV engine and OD 5 speed transmission.
