The Power Wagon does not come with the diesel and it is not a 3500 rated truck.
What makes the Power Wagon unique is that it has a different frame, built in winch, sway bar disconnects, 4.1 low. low range transfer case and selectable, locking differentials. It's an off road truck, not a work truck.
