Had to have the truck on the scales again today as DMV didn't like the way the certified weightmaster did the first paperwork! I took it to a different, old timey place with old style scale (not the electronic readout kind) and got a lower weight of 5270 lbs. 10 lbs. lighter. My cab plate says 8700 GVW. Still, 3430 lb payload is not too bad!
