We'd be painting barges & ships with it.
It's similar to Tremclad. It's good for the deck of your lawnmower...if you need one more year out of it & you can't afford to have it blasted & powder coated or painted with epoxy.
There is no secret with paints...if it doesn't use a hardner, it's no good.
