Ram lockout hub converson

I have been looking into doing a hub conversion on my 03 Ram to have lockout hubs. There are 2 companies I have looked into, EMS and Dynatrac. $1500 and $1900 respectively. At 25,000 miles a year, and at the current gas price of $3.30 (and rising) The payback would be 18 months to 2 years. (They say a 2 MPG increase)
Anyone here done this conversion or know anything about it?
