Any truck spring shop can custom bend U bolts for you. I pay roughly $8.00 each which includes new hardened washers and deep nuts. The reuse of any axle bolt is dangerous and not recommended by the manufactures. The deep nuts distort the threads when you torque the nut. Subsequent reuse will not torque properly. If you buy OEM U Bolts from a vendor, be absolutely sure they are not take off, but rather NOS. Check out this link for lots of good information on Axle U Bolts.
