Dana 60 hub questions. I need help..........

yah , yah i know i need that kind of help too.

I got a dana 60 with what looks like auto hubs. - 80-85 chev . 6 torx screws
(1) how do these work ?
(2) what do I need to do to change them ? Can I swap dana 60 hubs or do i need a kit or something ?
