The guns are all disabled, or so he says. Drilled out here and there, though probably nothing a welder couldn't remedy in 15-20 minutes.
The government is very aware of this collection. He bought a SCUD missile launcher and it took him 2 or 3 years to get it out of a customs dock somewhere.
