I had a Command Car that came with the 2 arms the held the opotional rear step plate you see on Pattons Command Car. they were not bolted up, just sitting in a box with other parts and I never figured out what those 2 arms were until I saw that photo. Unfortunately I had cut up those arms to make other parts. doh! could have possibly been his. I know it was in Europe and have never seen another CC with that rear plate arrangement.
