I am going to use the 'RENU' process done at the Radiator shop I use. I used the Hirsch process on the Bumblebee tank in 2001. It lasted a few years then started to sheet off. Of course one sheet covered the fuel pickup, and then there was silence....LOL.
When I picked up the Bumblebee's modified radiator today we talked about the RENU process and cost. I have a 24 gallon tank which runs full width between frame rails. They will do the RENU Process and add a fuel return line for $250. He gave me a good price as they do the radiators on all my trucks. And its guaranteed for life.
