the ford with a 7,3 is risky bussiness most are prone to cavitation holes in the liners subsequently,they leak anti freeze into the block..>unless the cooling system was maintained >and i mean maintained dilegently >changing of the coolant additive was most essential and with out regular changes, holes appear in left bank>i callem as i see em and i hate to bad mouth anyones ride but ,for the xtra money i would opt for the dodge >just for the sake of the reliability and better milage
