Paul in NY gets I think 25 mpg with 4bt, 4.89s, NV 4500 trans and 9.00 x16 tires. I get 10 mpg in stock WC52 on freeway going 50 to 55 mph. and 18 mpg around the city at speeds under 45. They suck the gas on the freeway with the 5.83 gears. But so do the new gas trucks. and the 4bt has about 100 more lb ft. of torque than the 230
