I have had the shop ask me to bring in fenders and such when they did not have a frame chart available. With no chart they have nothing to stive for except a left to right bend. If your need an up and down fix then they should be able to achieve that with the frame chart and not raly on having your body parts. Personally I would rather have them straighten it with the chart.
