I don't know of anyone who is planning on bringing a "spare" vehicle that will be needing a driver for the entire weekend, however, I'm pretty sure that you could find somebody to let you make a test drive at some point...
The first three gatherings that I went to, I drove a VW to the event and I spent my time riding in other folks' rigs and had a blast. It was a lot of fun and I learned quite a bit about the different vehicles and the folks that owned them.
