I have used International Title Service (see their link below) the last 5-6 times I needed a title for a old dodge, their turn around is a week&half or less.
Sometimes its hard to get Joe on the phone, what I do when I need a title is call him leave him a message, saying I need to do a title, he sends me the paper work, I fill it out send it back in and he sends me back the paper work to get the title.
And yes Colorado does accept the bill of sale.
I say bill of sale because thats what you get back from him is a registration, letter of title and a bill of sale, not a title. The state of Colorado is who prints the title.
I have used Broadway Title in the past also, but last time I used them it took almost three months to get the title, and I have also heard since then that they went out of business.
