I own a WC 25 that rolled off the line 12/11/1941, but it is down at the local museum, but it does seem that there should be 4 guages instead of the 3 in the dash. You are basically knitpicking about the items that are easily replaced.
That is one heck of a complete CC, mine was cut in half without any equipment.
