Hey Steve, I agree completely. The Utility companies are regulated and cannot raise prices without applications and hearings. The same should be for the Oil companies. It is a crime against all americans how they(BIG OIL) can manipulate not only prices but politics as well!! The problem in America is the Oil Companies!!
