Chris, there is a relief valve built in the PS Pump. You can hear it go into relief when you turn the wheels to the stops. Since Tim is not using a OEM PS Pump that relief valve designed to handle over pressure is non existent. The relief valve now in the system with a hydraulic pump (not OEM PS Pump) is where I believe the problem is.
