UPS won`t set up an store in my town as a "dealer" as the other couriers do,, I have been lucky cause the NAPA guy feels sorry for the lady driver trying to get stuff delivered & accepts it for me, but I don`t deal with him much & he knows I go to a store out of town so that kinda makes me obligated. If you have a friend or business with a town address have them drop it there, thats what I will do next time if I can`t get stuff shipped by someone else
