They are clearly the problem.
What a horrible wreck, and yes, happens all the time and the story seemed to get quickly dropped from rotation when it was found out that the illegal caused it as usual.
On a side note, before the peoples' pitchforks came out of the barns ol' Chertoff was out proclaiming the sealing of the border with the virtual fence.
