Thats what we called him,,,,, I remember him welding blocks on used cars when I was apprenticing at Riverdale garage in east Toronto about 1960,,, never paid much attention, just thought it was the thing to do, I think he mat have done some hammering on the weld too. That shop was built for model Ts & the water in the air lines froze in winter, Great memories
