he was a american worked all over....he never pre heated or warmed up the parts all he did was wire bush the part and pick at the crack with a shape punch...welded with his buzz box.. with just oxy/ accetalene googles... never did anything after he stopped welding except pick up his pieces of welding rod and his cash and head to the next jobs
