i agree the water pump generates pressure or else how could it MOVE the coolant.... but how much pressure at a idle..... for example if you come off a high speed situtation and come to stop at idle... how much pressure on the system now thats why the rad cap is so important.... you can test a rad cap too, just to be sure ... paul keep that up i have pulled a lot of cummins linners that have used proper additives .... there a nice coating on the wet ones ..... shows the stuff works ... also do you get you oil sampled it a good idea just to see if your engine is in tip top shape inside
