dug out a manual last night allis chalmers. any one who has seen the POWER DIRECTOR on this tractor its a small clutched unit that provides a path for a direct drive (through) the centre and a redution or overdrive which way it positioned its small unit. has a neutral and operates with a fork so this technology has been around at least 40 45 years
