There are no Campbell records, so no one really knows. I did see pictues of about 4 of them that Campbell employees had. Cantrell also built some, again, no known records. But I know of two that exist.
I don't think Campbell made more than 50 of them, and I was told that all but the one I have were shipped to the middle east. Can't confirm that, but I did see a picture of one like mine in an old German book...and it was in the middle east.
