Hi Ken,
I am generally the only driver, and last year ripped that silly plastic beard thats supposed to hang under the bumper off on a snow bank. These lights are sunken back about 4 inches intot he bumper. I dont think a snowbank would hurt them without doing a bunch of other damage but who knows!
